Sambar Powder

Ingredients:
500 gmsDry red Chilly
250 gms Coriander seeds
50 gms Pepper
50 gms Cumin
50 gms Methi seeds
25 gms Urad dal
50 gms Channa dal
Asafoetida
Method:
Dry roast all the ingredients and grind to a fine powder.
