Methi Paratha


Ingredients:
1/2 bunch Methi leaves
1 cup Wheat flour
1 tsp Red chilly powder
1 pinch Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Cumin seeds (crushed)
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Oil
Salt to taste.
Method:
Wash and dry the methi leaves.
Mix all the ingredients with required amount of water and knead to make a soft dough.
When the dough is done, cover with a clean,damp cloth and let it sit for about an hour.
Divide the dough into small round balls.
Flatten the balls with a rolling pin.
Preheat a griddle and make parathas.
Serve hot.
